Natasha Gubernov (b. Moscow, Russia) received her Master's Degree in Advertisement from the Moscow State University of Printing Arts (2009) and a Studio Art and Design Certificate from SAIC (2018). Since moving to the United States in 2015 and beginning her art career in painting and ceramics, Natasha has won multiple awards and has exhibited her work across the US and internationally. Her current works combine traditional fine art approaches with cutting-edge technology such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. Through her work, she explores the relationship between color, texture, and emotion, as well as how social media shapes our self-perception and desire for the unattainable.
